Chocolate peanut butter smoothie.

Blend together:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk (soy, animal)
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1–3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Honey, to taste

Peanut butter banana smoothie.

Blend together:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk (soy, animal)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Honey, to taste

Pina colada smoothie.

Blend together:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
