If you have a medical question, need treatment or want help finding a doctor, make us your first call. Our Registered Nurse Advocates will:
- Answer your medical questions and address any concerns
- Explain treatment options and assist with getting a second opinion
- Find the highest quality doctors and facilities covered by your health plan
- Confirm that the doctor is accepting new patients and check appointment availability
- Evaluate doctors and facilities for disciplinary or malpractice issues, level of experience, medical education, board certification and more

Care Concierge
Our Registered Nurse Advocates will listen and ask questions to really understand your situation. Then, we’ll make recommendations to get you the very best care from the very best doctors. If a doctor is out of your network, we’ll recommend an in-network, high-quality alternative.
Precertification
We’ll work with your doctor(s) to make sure the procedure or tests are medically necessary. And don’t worry, we work fast so you can get what you need quickly. A Registered Nurse Advocate will also follow up after a hospitalization, some minor surgeries, and diagnostic tests. If needed they’ll connect you with quality, in-network doctors for any discharge services. During the precertification process, you may be invited to case management. But don’t worry. This is just an added level of support.
Case Management
Our case management program is designed to provide additional support for complex medical conditions, hospitalizations, and specialty care. You’ll work with a Certified Nurse Case Manager who will listen, ask questions, and review your medical history to determine the best course of treatment. And your dedicated case manager will be there every step of the way, advocating for you to get the very best care.

Then, we create a custom care plan complete with recommendations for the highest quality, lowest cost care. Finally, we will fight for what’s right every step of the way.
